The one detail your agent needs to move money safely is buried in an image inside a bank policy PDF. Miss it and trust is gone. Your agent needs to take action on a customer's behalf. The one piece of information it needs? Buried in text embedded inside an image inside a PDF. If the agent can't get to it, the customer hears "I couldn't complete this." Trust eroded + possible churn felt even from an early innovator. If it can? Intent completed. Customer wowed! Trust earned. This is what completing intent safely and securely looks like. Not just reading documents, but reading every layer of every document, because policies, procedures, and agreements live in those layers. When real money moves, you don't get to skip a layer.
