Thrilled to welcome Zach Lemos as Paraform’s Founding Product Manager. Zach has built products at some of the fastest-growing marketplaces in the future-of-work space and we’re incredibly excited to have him shape the next one at Paraform. Most recently at Roo, he led enterprise expansion into new markets (Boston, Vegas, DC) and scaled their flagship direct-hire product from 0 → $1.3M ARR in under a year. Before that, Zach was a PM at Instawork - an AI-powered staffing marketplace connecting businesses with vetted hourly workers. During his time there, he redesigned their core matching engine by building ML-driven scoring models to evaluate worker quality, LLM-powered performance ratings, and adaptive workforce allocation systems. Zach’s joining Paraform at a pivotal moment. We’re sitting on the industry’s richest hiring dataset and our growing product org is building the intelligence layer that sits on top of it. Today, 35% of all hires on Paraform are powered by AI. Zach’s helping us make that the majority. Our team is developing AI models and products that learn from hundreds of thousands of hiring feedback loops, predict rejection patterns before they happen, and generate near-instant candidate-role matches across our marketplace. Kirby was also at McCann Worldgroup where she wrote for clients like Microsoft, Salesforce, and Cisco. In another life, Kirby worked in film production for High School Musical: The Musical, Gonzo Girl, and Falling for Christmas (starring Lindsey Lohan). She studied Screenwriting at UCLA. Pumped to welcome Diana Rosen as the newest leader on Paraform's Strategic Projects team. Diana began her career at Bain & Company, where she spent nearly a decade advising Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms on growth strategy and organizational transformation. Post-Bain, she was VP of Client Success at Wellhub - a corporate wellness platform connecting companies like PwC, Citizens, and Activision Blizzard with fitness partners. Diana continued her career at LinkedIn - heading their North American Sales Strategy & Operations org. She later joined BetterUp to lead their global Customer Success function. After building and scaling teams, Diana decided to go all-in on what she loved most: hiring. In 2023, she co-founded Talent Density Partners - a boutique recruiting agency specializing in helping Series A to C founders hire across operations, product, and GTM. Earlier this year, Diana started using Paraform as a recruiter and had unprecedented success - placing Agent PMs at Decagon, Keeper.app's Head of Product Marketing, and most notably Jordan Chmielarz on our SPL team. Now she’s coming full-circle and joining our Strategic Projects team to turn her experience into what’ll drive Paraform’s next stage of growth - helping recruiters win and companies hire the best talent. Her career started at Ultima Genomics (backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, and General Atlantic) - a next-gen sequencing company using flow-based chemistry to reduce genome sequencing costs and enable scientific breakthroughs at scale. She most recently was at Truss (YC S21) as their Founding Growth Engineer, where she designed and scaled their full growth stack from demand capture engines to sales automation infrastructure. She graduated from UT Austin with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. We’ve grown revenue by 10x in the last 10 months and our team of 3 AEs are closing over 130+ customers a month - numbers companies 5 times our size struggle to do. Sowmya’s building the infrastructure to make that growth exponential. She’s already working on systematizing lead generation, overhauling data enrichment, and creating the backbone that enables our team to move faster and close more deals. She ran product marketing, strategic partnerships, and built their influencer program from scratch, helping 10x their user base in a year. At Pave, she designed their VC partnership outbound strategy that generated millions in pipeline in 60 days. Like many people on our team, Sofie was hired through Paraform. Before Paraform, Ruibin spent 5 years at StashAway, one of Southeast Asia's top fintechs, where he rose to Staff Engineer. During his time there, he built systems powering millions in customer transactions across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the UAE. He graduated from the National University of Singapore - same as E-Liang Tan. Just two weeks ago he uprooted his life in Singapore and moved to SF to build with us. Why? The velocity. We’ve 10x’d top-line revenue in the past 10 months while maintaining best-in-class unit economics + profitability. But more than that, we’re building a new understanding of talent. Every search, submission, interview, and hire compounds our network’s intelligence, improving speed, accuracy, and match quality. Beyond Bain, she was Head of Strategy at Trinny London, one of Europe’s fastest-growing D2C brands, where she guided US expansion and the company’s multi-year growth plan. Eve holds a degree in History from the University of Oxford. At Paraform, she’ll be scaling our SPL org and building a once-in-a-generation operations team that’ll one day live in business case studies. Uber had city launchers.
