Last week, we hosted a transformative discussion on AI in communications - how to use these tools effectively, and just as importantly, how not to. 🗣️ Thank you to our panelists - Dan Martin, Lisa Peterson, Monica Talan, & Tim Weinheimer - for generously sharing their expertise, and to Anne Lasseigne Tiedt, APR for seamlessly moderating the conversation! Huge shoutout Q-Branch for welcoming us into their beautiful space. We look forward to seeing you all at our June event: From Concept to Coverage - Elevating Hospitality Brands Through PR 👀

When I engage with companies, I take time to find the right fit for them. Sometimes that path is with me at Bidwell Solutions, where I offer federal contracting support at various levels. Other times it’s through select partnerships, like with Q-Branch, where I can help unlock targeted opportunities quickly. Sometimes I talk myself out of work, but I'm okay with that knowing I am recommending what is best for a company. Either way, the mission is the same: Help founders succeed in the federal space without losing their edge. If you're a dual-use founder building at the intersection of frontier tech and national security, this might be the right next move for you. Q-Branch—a company I freelance with—has opened applications for its Summer '25 Dual-Use Accelerator. It's not another startup bootcamp. It's a focused sprint to get you in front of the right federal buyers, investors, and operators...fast. What makes it different: No equity taken No fluff—just high-value sessions Rapid prototyping + deployment Fully mission-capable in 5 weeks Includes 1 week in Austin, TX (Aug 17–23) Part-time, founder-friendly format (2–4 hrs/week) Who may be interested? 🔹 TRL 5+ 🔹 Series A+ or equivalent traction 🔹 Dual-use or federal-first technology 🔹 U.S. or allied nation-based If you think this accelerator might be a good fit or want to explore how I might support your team, reach out. I'm always happy to connect with people building what matters. Seriously.

Q-Branch CEO, Marcos Cervantes, is back from SOF Week 🚁 From private briefings to floor conversations, one thing was clear: the Special Operations community isn’t waiting around for traditional timelines. They’re actively seeking dual-use technologies that are: FIELD READY⏩ OPERATIONALLY TESTED✔️ & PROBLEM-SET ALIGNED🤝 Cervantes spent the week deep in conversations with program managers, integrators, and tech leaders pushing beyond the status quo; Discussing everything from autonomy and secure comms - to weapons system development and ISR. At Q-Branch we’re building the bridge between the federal end user and the commercial founder. Marcos’s time in Tampa reinforces our position: Relevance in this space means proximity, speed, and strategic insight. If you're building something that belongs in the proximity of the warfighter, let’s talk.🫡 W/ Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) #isrealtechhub
