Our QAD CEO Sanjay Brahmawar is a big advocate for building future Champions of Manufacturing. It is not just about our software, but it is about inspiring others. QAD encourages employees like myself to go out and inspire the next generations into the field of Manufacturing. This week, we filmed a video highlighting Malik's journey through the F.A.S.T. program at Detroit Southeastern High School. This program is design to inspire students into the fields of Supply Chain/Manufacturing. The 1.5-year afterschool F.A.S.T. program includes a 3-week summer internship. I'm proud to be part of this initiative, inspired by QAD's commitment to community engagement. Malik, his mom, Allan Washington (Assistant Principal), and Lori Sisk, Professor Wayne State and F.A.S.T program founder, will join us on stage at QAD's Champions of Manufacturing event in Dallas this November. We'll discuss the journeys of Malik as well Lacora, and Jeffrey. Malik will share how the program has impacted his life and his post-graduation plans. Don't miss his incredible story of overcoming challenges, his mother's support, and his bright future. A huge thank you to QAD/Redzone customer Grobbel for a fantastic tour of their premium meat manufacturing facility in Eastern Detroit. It was a part of the afterschool program for this week. We were joined by students from Wayne State Univeristy's Global Supply Chain Management program. It's amazing to see the dedication by Grobbel to ensure getting fresh, safe food to our families!
