From the electric energy of the expo hall to the stage in Atlanta, Red Hat Summit 2026 was a powerful reminder that while technology moves fast, we move faster when we move together. This newsletter recap captures that momentum—uniting stories of customer breakthroughs like Emirates NBD’s massive workload scaling with the latest news on agentic AI collaboration with NVIDIA, new Ansible orchestration, and the community-driven insights that are helping teams reclaim control of their hybrid cloud strategy. We’ve left the expo hall, but the community-driven innovation we sparked in Atlanta is already hard at work. 👇 Read the newsletter to unlock what’s next. #RHSummit

The dominant enterprise AI infrastructure narrative bundles the model, framework, and platform into a single, tightly coupled stack. Red Hat is making the opposite bet. In my latest analysis, I unpack how Red Hat is architecting a metal-to-agent infrastructure layer that is deliberately model-agnostic and framework-neutral, decoupling the reasoning engine from the execution environment so enterprise and midmarket organizations retain architectural portability as the agentic AI market evolves. Three strategic moves stand out: 1/ Formalizing AgentOps to govern non-deterministic agent behavior and enforce a cryptographically secure chain of custody. 2/ Repurposing battle-tested cloud-native primitives (like Istio and SPIFFE) into a Zero Trust Agentic Service Mesh. 3/ Packaging this complexity into repeatable reference architectures, empowering channel partners to deliver lucrative AgentOps-as-a-Service. Red Hat is not trying to build the smartest artificial brain. It is building the indispensable nervous system.
