redpepper is a creative agency and Innovation Lab. We started evolving in this direction years ago, when agencies everywhere were trying to understand how to keep up with changing technology. This was our way of diversifying. We knew the ever-changing marketing landscape was not something to try to tame, but to make friends with, and to help others do the same by teaching them how to more creatively do business within it. Looking back on what definitely felt risky at the time, we have zero regrets. What we do have are more opportunities to help our clients by applying our creativity in meaningful ways, which is all we really ever wanted to do in the first place.

To round out our look back at last year’s CreateAthon, here’s a peek at what we created for Community Resource Center—a nonprofit providing hygiene products to those in need to create a healthier, more dignified community for everyone. CRC was looking for new ways to tell their story, rally donors, and connect with the community. The rp team refreshed their brand identity, reimagined their pitch and print materials, and built cohesive email, social, and web templates to bring it all to life.

Next stop on our trip down CreateAthon 2024 Lane: Nurses For Newborns—an organization providing in-home nursing care to support at-risk babies and families when it matters most. Nurses for Newborns was looking to boost community awareness, equip referral partners, and build a stronger donor pathway. So in just 24 hours, we produced a storytelling video, refreshed their brand messaging, designed new digital and print collateral, updated photography, and created a Donor Community Campaign. We’re one week out from CreateAthon, so we’re taking a quick look back at the work we created last year. Meet Doors of Hope—an organization empowering women to break cycles of addiction, homelessness, and incarceration through education and support. In just 24 hours, we evolved their brand identity, updated their website, produced two storytelling videos, built out content and collateral, and even created an AI-generated podcast.
