Yesterday I had the pleasure of kicking off Dott Warehouse Open Day at our Bristol service centre. We welcomed partners from the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, Bath & North East Somerset Council Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council, Big Issue, and many more for a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to deliver one of the UK's largest and most successful micro-mobility services. A highlight was hosting Lord John Bird to discuss the growing partnership between Dott and Big Issue Recruit. Together, we’re helping people facing complex barriers to employment find sustainable, meaningful work within our operations. It was an opportunity to celebrate Dott's recent £5 million reinvestment to launch a new fleet of e-bikes and e-scooters in the West of England. We also highlighted some of the major milestones we’ve delivered with the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, including opening up parts of the Bristol–Bath Railway Path, moving to a 24/7 service, and Helen Godwin Mayor of the West of England's ScootSafe campaign, which has helped ensure 99% of trips end in designated parking bays. The impact is already clear. In recent weeks we’ve repeatedly broken ridership records: best week, best day, best Monday, best Sunday, the day before was our best Tuesday - and it’s not even peak season. We’re now gearing up for what we expect to be our highest-ridership summer yet, supported by initiatives like Free Unlock Sundays and the WEST SummerPass. Thank you to everyone who joined us today. P.S. We keep an “open door” policy, so if you weren’t able to make it today and would like a tour, please reach out. 🇩🇪 After 7 years operating in Frankfurt and 10 Million rides, we're very excited to launch our brand new fleet of Dott e-scooters there 💙 🔴 Thank you House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM) GmbH for welcoming us & Maxim, Marco, Johannes, Andreas, Ruben and the whole Frankfurt Ops team ✨

We do the same: We connect people in cities. It’s not just transport – it’s about helping people meet each other.“ 📣 Marco Zahn, Head of Public Policy & Business Development Germany bei Dott, gab daraufhin einen detaillierten Einblick in das neueste Rollermodell und präsentierte dessen Funktionen. Sehr zur Freude des Publikums folgte anschließend ein exklusives Test-Driving mit dem neuen Modell durch Gateway Gardens. 💡 Im Anschluss an den ‚Ausritt‘ an der frischen Luft blieb noch ausreichend Zeit für ein großzügiges Get-together. Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit den Mikromobilitäts-Champions von Dott in der Zukunft.

This week, we’re also announcing Dott’s partnership with Lovers Film Festival and Museo Nazionale del Cinema di Torino 🎬 As we continue to integrate more and more into Torino, becoming part of its daily rhythm and cultural landscape. Lovers Film Festival is not just a film festival. It’s a long-standing space for dialogue, identity and inclusion—deeply connected to the city. We’re happy to continue supporting and standing for diversity and rights, building on what we started last year—when we donated the revenues from Pride-branded bikes to associations. This year, we’re proud to take another step forward by partnering with a festival that represents these values at scale. At Dott, this means being present where the city lives: not only in how people move, but in how they meet, express themselves and share experiences. With this partnership: 🛴 We support flexible, everyday mobility during the festival 🌱 We reinforce our role in a more open and accessible city 🤝 We stand alongside initiatives that reflect the diversity of urban life A concrete way to stay close to the city—every day, and in the moments that matter. Many thanks to Chiara Lucchino for the effort. Torino. 🛴

📉 𝐈𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨-𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 - 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 Our latest 2025 data based on 𝟰𝟴𝟵 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘀 (💪)shows a clear trend: growth and safety are advancing together. 🛴𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘-𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 Between 2024 and 2025, total kilometres travelled increased by 𝟭𝟯.𝟵%, while injury risk per million km 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝟭.𝟭% - with serious injury risk also down. 🚲 𝗘-𝗯𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 Adoption is accelerating rapidly, with trips up by 𝟳𝟮.𝟯% year-on-year. At the same time, injuries per million km 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝘆 𝟱.𝟲%, highlighting strong safety performance even at scale. 📊 Looking at the bigger picture, the long-term trend remains highly encouraging: ➡️ E-scooter injury risk has dropped by nearly 20% since 2021 ➡️ Safety improvements continue to keep pace with - and often outpace sector growth 💬 As George Yannis from National Technical University of Athens highlights: “𝑨𝒔 𝒖𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒔 𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝑬𝒖𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒆, 𝒊𝒏𝒋𝒖𝒓𝒚 𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒌 𝒊𝒔 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 — 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚, 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒆.” These results reflect sustained investments in: ✔️ Safer vehicle technology (e.g. speed caps, geofencing) ✔️ Rider education and awareness ✔️ Improved urban infrastructure As cities work to reduce car dependency and improve safety for all road users, shared micro-mobility is proving to be not only sustainable - but increasingly safe. Moving ✨ everyone ✨ closer At Dott, we believe that micromobility shouldn’t just be for traditional cyclists, it should be a bridge that connects everyone to the people and places they love. Sometimes, the biggest barrier to that connection isn't distance, it's apprehension.  This week in Paris, we hosted a dedicated e-bike workshop for women over 50 to break down those barriers together. The session featured: 📱 Guided setup of the Dott app to make starting a ride seamless 🚦 A refresher on traffic rules and urban cycling best practices 🚲 Exploring the features of our new e-bikes 🚴 Practice rides along the banks of the Seine Over the course of the session, we saw hesitation become confidence, and curiosity turn to enthusiasm. This transformation reminds us that we aren’t just providing bikes, we’re moving us closer to a city that is more accessible to everyone.  A huge thank you to all the participants for their energy and courage! 💙 #Dott #MovingUsCloser #Micromobility #SustainableMobility #Inclusion #Paris
