Inspiring Diversity in Tech.
About us
Women in Tech Denmark is a non-profit organisation working to create a more diverse and inclusive tech industry. Our mission is to inspire more women to pursue careers in tech, build businesses, step into leadership and take an active role in shaping the future of technology. We do that by creating real opportunities for connection, visibility and growth through events, mentorship programmes, networking, partnerships, knowledge sharing and community initiatives. Over the years, we have connected thousands of people across the Danish tech ecosystem, created job opportunities, provided access to experienced mentors and industry professionals, and supported female-founded companies with scholarships of at least DKK 25,000 each. Our work is made possible together with an incredible network of partners, sponsors and volunteers who share our ambition for a stronger and more diverse tech ecosystem. Today, Women in Tech Denmark brings together women already working in tech, founders, future talent, students, allies and organisations that want to help create meaningful change. Because diversity in tech is about who gets to build, lead and influence the technology shaping our future. Want to collaborate, partner with us or become part of the community? Stockholm bound 🇸🇪 I’m heading to Stockholm to join the Mirakl eCommerce Meet Up - Nordics Edition tomorrow, where I’ll be speaking about something I care so much about: The Nordic Advantage: Trust, Technology & the Future of Commerce. There is a very personal connection here. A few years ago, I founded Less.fashion built around recommerce and the belief that the way we buy, sell and consume needed to change. We were early. Consumers were becoming ready for circularity, resale and greater transparency, but much of the market wasn’t there yet. The technology, business models, regulation and funding still had some catching up to do. Today, that conversation looks very different. Marketplaces, platform models, AI and new regulation are reshaping commerce. Sustainability and transparency are moving from nice to have to business priorities. And I believe the Nordics have a particular opportunity here because trust, transparency, technology and sustainability are embedded in the way we build businesses and relationships. That’s one of the perspectives I’m excited to bring to MiraklMirakl . And then there’s another aspect of this that matters a lot to me: who gets to shape the future of commerce and technology. Through my work with Women in Tech, I see every day how much talent, innovation and commercial opportunity we leave on the table when we don’t have diverse voices around the table. Technology is changing commerce at incredible speed. We need more women not only using that technology, but building it, leading it, investing in it and influencing where it takes us. I’m therefore also excited to be joining Mirakl as Strategic Advisor for the Nordics, bringing my experience, perspective and Nordic ecosystem into the role. In many ways, it feels like a full-circle moment, from building my own recommerce company and my work with Women in Tech, to now working with the Mirakl team on the future of commerce in the Nordics. See you tomorrow in Stockholm. Simon Dyer Pia Holler Aedeen Mageean Paula Conti Lansac Soline Maignan-Marais #futureofcommerce #womenintech

Tech Obsession is out! 💜 We’ve been in the machine room for months… and now we’re finally LIVE on Viaplay Group & Spotify 🎙️💜💚 Together with the awesome Caroline Rossmeisl , we’ve created Tech Obsession with one big ambition: to get more women and Gen Z into the conversation about tech. Because the technologies shaping our future shouldn’t only be conversations for people already working in tech. We want to bring in new voices, perspectives and stories that make tech feel relevant, accessible and actually fun to talk about. If we can make just a few more people curious about tech and maybe even inspire them to see themselves as part of it, then we’re onto something. 💜 Thank you to Industriens Fond for believing in the vision, and to Viaplay Group for giving us the platform. Now go listen and tell us what you think! 🎧 #TechObsession #WomenInTech #GenZ
