Chase Johnson, Talent @ WRITER(formally @ Replit ): "If you can help recruiters connect the dots of how you will make an impact and how you work, that has been the biggest unlock for people getting opportunities." Five hundred candidates per role. Do the math: that's a 0.2% shot at getting hired if you're filling out applications like everyone else. AI made resumes look the same, so recruiters stopped reading them. Now they’re hunting for portfolios, GitHub repos with real commits, blog posts that prove you can think, & demos that show you can ship.. Bullet points describe what you did.
