It takes five days to catch up on sleep after travel and seven for your body’s stress to normalize. That’s what our Data Science and Human Performance teams discovered when they investigated the impact of travel on recovery and resilience. From there, our AI and Coaching teams went to work — designing tools that use data, context, and personalization to help members stay aligned on the move. When a member shared that they were flying to LA, WHOOP generated a proactive travel plan using AI to adjust behaviors and light exposure ahead of time to ease the time zone shift. The result: they minimized jet lag, maintained consistency in training, and stayed energized while traveling. That’s the value of WHOOP. The tools our teams build make it possible to translate millions of data points into real-world guidance that solves the challenges members face every day. Now powered with memory capabilities, WHOOP can learn from each conversation. WHOOP recalls insights from the member’s last trip, detects patterns in how their body responds to travel, and creates a tailored plan before departure. Throughout the week, WHOOP proactively checks in with real-time guidance and follows up after the trip with insights on how proactive behaviors supported recovery. For future travel, WHOOP will remember what worked — refining recommendations to give every member the best chance to stay healthy wherever life takes them. At WHOOP, this is the future of AI guidance: technology that doesn’t just measure, but helps you stay in sync with your life and plan ahead.

BREAKING: WHOOP Advanced Labs is now available for all members everywhere. Every WHOOP member can now upload their bloodwork and see it fully integrated into their 24/7 coaching experience. U.S. members can also order our curated WHOOP Advanced Labs panels, while members worldwide can upload their past results to see how their biomarkers trend over time. I’ve been using Advanced Labs for several months, and it’s been eye-opening. WHOOP doesn’t just tell me if I’m in range. It shows me what’s optimal. Most labs stop at “normal.” WHOOP goes deeper, helping you understand how your biomarkers connect to your recovery, training, and longevity. For example, I learned that my testosterone levels, which I’d been working to increase naturally, rose to over 1000 ng/dL. While that’s above the standard healthy range, WHOOP contextualized it for me: free testosterone was still optimal, and my overall hormone balance remained strong. Those insights came with tailored coaching on sleep, recovery, and nutrition to help me stay in the sweet spot. I’ve now told the WHOOP Coach all of my supplements, and WHOOP was able to make recommendations of what to change to dial in my biomarkers. Finally my lab data doesn’t live in isolation. Even better, my lab data doesn’t live in isolation. WHOOP integrates it directly into my ongoing insights, from sleep debt affecting recovery stress markers, to recommendations on improving lipid ratios and electrolyte balance. My Action Plan now includes personalized guidance to improve sleep consistency, recovery time, and time in optimal heart rate zones, all built from a richer, connected view of my health. Having all of your past blood tests in one place is just a much better experience. And yes of course, you now have the ability to take tests via Whoop. We will bring this in-app test feature globally beginning in Q1. Our goal is to build a true Health Operating System that helps members live longer, healthier lives. We’re committed to empowering every WHOOP member with the information and tools they need to take control of their health and unlock their full potential. #WHOOP #AdvancedLabs #AI #biomarkers #healthspan

I’ve just spent an incredible few days across the GCC, where the growth of WHOOP is accelerating faster than ever. From Doha to Riyadh to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we’re expanding our presence, forging powerful partnerships, and investing deeply to make WHOOP a core part of the region’s rapidly evolving health and longevity ecosystem. QATAR - I was honored to officially announce the coming launch of our first international performance lab: WHOOP Labs Doha. Modeled after WHOOP Labs Boston at our own HQ, this new facility will advance our mission to unlock human performance and healthspan through cutting-edge research and data collection. Launched in partnership with Invest Qatar and located in the heart of Msheireb Properties Downtown Doha, WHOOP Labs Doha will support innovation in sports science and the next generation of talent in health and performance. SAUDI ARABIA - At the Global Health Exhibition in Riyadh, WHOOP made headlines as we announced a landmark partnership with Lean Business Services, one of the Kingdom’s leading digital health integrators. The announcement, presided over by Minister of Health H.E. Fahad Abdulrahman AlJalajel and Deputy Minister of Defense for Center of Excellence H.E. Mohammad bin Faisal bin Moammar, represents a major step toward integrating advanced physiological analytics into Saudi Arabia’s national health platforms. Through this collaboration, WHOOP members in the Kingdom will soon be able to choose to securely pair and view their WHOOP data and medical data alongside each other, giving them a more complete picture of their health and recovery. This collaboration reinforces the evolution of WHOOP into a Health Operating System. UAE - Our journey in the GCC actually began in the UAE, where WHOOP first partnered with the Dubai Expo in 2016. Since then, the country has become one of our most important markets. During this trip, I had the opportunity to meet with key leaders to discuss expanding our footprint in the health and wellness sector. Next month, we’re proud to once again launch our flagship partnerships with the Dubai Fitness Challenge, an annual city-wide initiative founded by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai. The Challenge turns the entire city into a fitness and health playground for 30 days, inspiring millions of residents to commit to at least 30 minutes of activity each day. WHOOP will once again serve as the Official Wearable Partner of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, helping participants track their recovery, sleep, and strain throughout the month. As I leave the GCC, I am deeply inspired by the leadership across these nations. These leaders are investing in a forward-looking vision centered on health, technology, and human potential. WHOOP is proud to be part of this journey helping people in the region live longer, healthier lives. Looking forward to returning soon. #GCC #KSA #Qatar #UAE #growth #healthspan #technology

A great night’s sleep doesn’t just start when you close your eyes… it starts when you open them. In our latest WHOOP research with ~40,000 members, we found that anchoring your day with four circadian-supportive habits can significantly tighten sleep consistency and deliver measurable heart health benefits. We studied four simple, sustainable behaviors — morning sunlight, breathwork, Zone 2 training, and time-restricted eating — and discovered they significantly improved sleep consistency and cardiovascular health. It’s a new way of thinking about sleep improvement, beyond just getting more sleep: your best night’s sleep starts the moment you wake up. Read more on how small, intentional habits can create meaningful change — in your sleep, and in your health.
