  • Our partnerships team is hiring. If you're a consultant who loves to blend the advisory and commercial mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

Our consulting partnerships team at Taktile is growing and we are looking for someone to help build it globally. Taktile powers millions of decisions a day for financial institutions but the hard part of AI in financial services is actually not the technology - it is the transformation around it. This is the reason we don’t just focus on building a great product. We also combine a world class FDE team and super strong collaboration with top consultants. Great fit if you came through top-tier consulting or investing, and even better went commercial at a high-growth tech company afterwards. We need someone who really gets how a partner firm thinks, because you will sit on both sides of that table. If this is you or someone you know, send me a message! Link to the role is in comments!!

Engineering is changing, and so is how we hire. Taktile CTO James Broadhead chatted with CNBC’s Lindsay Dodgson about the skills we look for in our searches: → Judgement matters more than speed. With AI, a prototype that once took three weeks can now be one of 10 built in a single afternoon. "The hard part has become having the judgement to decide which of those are any good," says James. → Interpersonal skills count. We look at how well candidates can speak to customers, and whether they're willing to question what they've built. → Agility with the toolbox is key. "The ceiling of what you can do changes every three months," James explains. So we ask: what have you changed about your AI tools in the last three weeks? Read the full article in the comments 👇

  • Taktile Co-founder and CEO Maik Taro Wehmeyer joined Allianz Partners's Jason Woods on stage at ITC Vegas - sharing how we partnered to embed agentic AI across the health claims process. Our top 4 takeaways from the session: → Subject matter experts stay in control. Allianz Partners onboarded 60+ SMEs onto Taktile, so they can directly manage, monitor, and optimize the new agentic process. → Specialist insight compounds. When high-risk claims reach specialists, their insights refine agent prompts and decision logic. That lets straight-through processing increase over time while maintaining clear guardrails and accountability. → Every agent action is auditable. There is full traceability from the original document, through each agent step, to the final outcome. → Reusable components make it scalable. Each agent is a modular component, so Allianz Partners can reuse these capabilities across new use cases without building from scratch. Allianz Partners plans to expand the agentic process across its full portfolio of more than 30 million claims per year. Thank you to the Allianz team for the incredible partnership! • How do you use AI to process thousands of claims across diverse languages and formats, without losing expert oversight? Allianz Partners, the assistance and insurance arm of Allianz Group, delivers travel, health, and automotive coverage worldwide, backed by millions of providers. With thousands of claims arriving across their network every day, the team saw an opportunity to reduce manual tasks like verifying documents and cross-referencing claim details against policies. By deploying specialized AI agents on Taktile to handle those tasks, with human experts in the loop on every decision, Allianz Partners was able to: → Lift straight-through claims processing by 30% in a production pilot. → Improve adjudication quality by 4–6% on selective claims journeys, strengthening fraud and leakage detection. → Reduce processing time from days to minutes. … all while making the experience smoother for both the company and its customers. • New Taktile Labs research: AI agents are ready for production in beneficial ownership checks. Before a bank opens an account for a business, it has to identify the people who ultimately own or control it. That means following a chain of companies through official registers, one level at a time. We tested 13 models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google in more than 5,000 runs on UK and German registers. Here’s what we found: → The models are strong. The leading ones followed ownership chains up to 12 levels deep correctly almost every time. → Configuration matters more than the choice of model. The agent instructions and deterministic guardrails have to be precise and country-specific. For the same models, a general configuration yielded 75%-90% while country specific criteria boosted results to between 95% and 100%. → Some cases always need expert eyes. That means you need a mechanism to surface these cases to a human. We recommend putting a deterministic rule in place to make sure it happens. With each layer in place, about 90% of ordinary cases require no human intervention and can be considered resolved automatically. This careful orchestration is what it takes to put AI agents into production in KYB. Thanks to David Ahn, Moritz Geist, and the Taktile Labs team for the research.
