Founded by Danielle Rutigliano, an NYC-based and neurodivergent Talent and Culture Expert with 15+ years of experience building and leading HR and Talent teams across a variety of industries. Talent Unicorn is founded on the premise that each person is uniquely talented with their own set of values, passions and goals primed to elevate the organizations, society and world around us.
