    At Tapestry, design thinking goes beyond technology. It's about solving real problems for real people through empathy, creativity, and iteration. At our second annual Store Associate Summit, cross-functional teams from Coach eCommerce, Coach Digital Marketing, and Tapestry Digital Product & UX partnered with store associates to co-create and test new design thinking. The goal? Take the human connection of an in-store experience and apply it to digital. Teams got to work, generating fresh ideas and testing them with prototypes to help bring us closer to our consumers. We’re in the process of bringing these ideas to life on our sites, so we can’t go into too much more detail. 👀 But a number of ideas from last year’s Summit are key features of our online shopping experience today, including the Matching Experience and the Compare Tool (➡️ swipe until the end). The Summit is just one example of how leading with agility, brainstorming freely, and inviting different perspectives can create real solutions.   • We’re thrilled to see The Fashion ReModel is live, an insightful new film by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. Our goal is to build a resilient and sustainable future for fashion. The Fashion ReModel explores how our industry can stay profitable without making new clothes and accessories; hint: a major tactic is by scaling circular business models. The Coach Soho Bag is a great example of how using repurposed post-consumer denim from Bank & Vogue can reduce GHG emissions by up to 80% and water usage by 95% compared to conventional first-use denim. Through powerful conversations and shared stories, one truth stood out: joy and mental health are essential foundations for women to access their voice, choice, and power. Backed by $35M invested to date, our Global Fund for Women’s Mental Health aims to reach 250,000 women and girls by 2030 because purpose only matters when it creates impact.   • Fresh off Climate Week NYC 2025, we had the opportunity to share – and celebrate – our sustainability progress to date with our teams. 🌱 Check out some of the highlights: 1️⃣ Commitment in Action → at Tapestry’s ‘Spotlight on Sustainability’ event, we heard from Peter Charles, Logan T Duran, Julia FurnariTaryn Bird, and Kim Matsoukas (she/her) on achievements by the numbers since launching our corporate responsibility program in 2019. 2️⃣ Strategic Partnerships → we continue to drive industry-wide change through meaningful collaboration. Earlier this year, Tapestry became one of the first brands to make a financial commitment to the WWF’s Deforestation-Free Leather Fund to combat deforestation in Brazil's leather supply chain (in addition to the Tapestry Foundation’s $3 million philanthropic grant to WWF in 2022). We also expanded our investment in GenPhoenix for recycled leather fiber material that has at least an 80% lower carbon footprint compared to the global average of conventional leather. 3️⃣ Circular Innovation → Coachtopia also joined the Climate Week conversation by celebrating its progress since launching in 2023 and highlighting products from its Alter/Ego collection to show how "the waste of one iconic bag becomes the raw material for another."
