Updates

  • 🦾 Teamhood v1.135 is here, with a mix of updates that make everyday workflows a little more flexible. This time, we’ve expanded what you can do with Automations and the API, while also adding a few smaller improvements that make it quicker to find what you need and easier to keep the right context at hand. ✨ You can now tailor item templates to individual boards, keep frequently used SharePoint folders close by, and get the full item path directly in email notifications. 👇 Take a look at what’s new or check the full release notes here: https://lnkd.in/e3d5JQYU

  • 📍 A Gantt chart tells you when work happens. Milestones tell you whether it's actually going to plan. 💎 Tasks show activity. Milestones show progress – the diamond-shaped checkpoints that give you an instant read on whether you're ahead, behind or on track before a deadline sneaks up. Most teams draw the bars and skip the checkpoints. Then they find out they're behind the hard way. 📖 Read full step-by-step guide: https://lnkd.in/eKtk7fXc

  • 🎬 Teamhood v1.133 is live, bringing a clearer and more compact way to work with team workload. 💣 Workload now comes with a compact mode for seeing more at once, Grand Totals for a quick view of scheduled work across the team, and clearer highlighting to make overdue items easier to spot. We’ve also added the new Updated on field for tracking recent changes, while CSV and PDF exports now include information about who created each item. 👇 Swipe through to see what’s new or check the full release notes here: https://lnkd.in/d8t9Xi4Q

  • 🧠 For years, good project manager meant mastering the tools. The charts. The methodologies. The reporting. Turns out the hardest part was never the software. It's the people. The best PMs right now aren't the ones with the tidiest Gantt chart – they're the ones who can read a room, defuse tension, and keep a team from quietly burning out. 👇 Why the human side of project management is back at center stage.

  • 🛠️ Two of the most common ways teams try to fix delivery: Buy a new tool. Or add a new meeting. ❓ The problem? Half the time they're using one to fix what the other was meant to solve. A feature can't fix a broken agreement. A meeting can't fix manual busywork. 👇 Here's how to tell which problem you actually have.

  • 🚀 Teamhood v1.132 is here, bringing one of our biggest performance improvements yet. Thanks to local data storage, Teamhood now loads significantly faster after the initial visit, making everyday navigation between boards and projects smoother and more responsive. ⏳ This release also introduces centralized Time Logging Rules, giving Account Owners more control over how time can be logged, along with improved tracked time flyouts that make it easier to understand where reported time comes from. 👇 Swipe through to explore what's new or check the full release notes here: https://lnkd.in/dfabRjuB

  • 📉 Stop counting how many tasks are open. Start watching how old they are. The number of tasks "in progress" tells you nothing about whether you'll hit your deadline. A board with 6 tasks all stuck for 3 weeks is in far worse shape than one with 20 tasks moving every day. Most teams stare at how much work is open. The teams that ship on time watch how long it's been open. 👇 Here's how to read your board by age, not volume.

  • 🔍 A lot of project friction comes from small ambiguities in the way teams describe work, priorities and progress to each other every day.   The interesting part is that people usually adapt to this confusion so gradually that nobody notices how much clarity was lost along the way. 👀 Take a closer look at the language inside your workflows – it probably shapes more decisions than you think.
