Hello friends, Techtonica is now offering preparatory pre-req workshops for our part-time Web Dev Foundations Program for women and non-binary adults seeking economic empowerment! These free workshops are virtual and scheduled between July 6th and July 30th, 2026, from 6 to 8 pm PT. Interested applicants must sign up for at least four pre-req workshops by July 9th and attend all four in order to be eligible for next steps in the application process. Topics will include: - Computer usage/digital literacy: touch typing, email, browser, software - Apple/MacBook basics: touchpad, common key commands, app usage - Remote work etiquette - Basic arithmetic understanding & rules of logic - Use and showcasing critical thinking skills If participants are interested in renting out a MacBook, they can book a laptop ticket in addition to the event ticket.
