  • That's a wrap on InfoTech 2026. The highlight was a session between Tempo Software's Robert Abbe and our partner Trundl, Inc. A real working discussion on resource visibility, capacity, and AI-driven decision-making — not a pitch, just practitioners talking through problems they're actually dealing with. To everyone who did stop by or caught our session — thank you. Those conversations mattered. #InfoTech2026 #WorkforceIntelligence #Tempo

Most organizations treat silos as an execution problem. Nick Sommerfeld disagrees. The Director of Client Solutions at Isos Technology says the real damage is in decision speed: when you can't pivot, you keep pushing toward outcomes that are wrong – or no longer needed. That's where costs skyrocket. Hear the rest in our webinar, "From strategic drift to strategic impact." https://lnkd.in/gkh42GmY #StrategicPlanning #ProjectManagement #SPM

  • When you can't see what anyone is actually working on, you don't have a visibility problem – you have a guessing problem. That's where 3 Banken IT GmbH started. As the internal IT provider for three major Austrian banks, their teams had a view of the big picture. But issue-level work? Nothing. Who was doing what was anyone's guess. Plans lived in emails. They started small – a pilot team, Tempo Structure PPM, and a careful rollout over months. More teams joined. Then Capacity Planner for resource visibility, and Timesheets for time tracking natively in Jira. "The whole company uses it now," said Jira Developer Marko Turic. "Every team has its own Tempo Team, every project has its own Tempo Team, and everything is linked together to track and plan." Atlassian Product Specialist Jurica Petricevic shares this story at regional meetups. His biggest lesson isn't about technology. "Our biggest concern is always people. No matter how advanced the tech is, people need to use it and want to use it." The tech, it turns out, is the easier part. Read the full 3 Banken IT story → https://lnkd.in/g2mcBHzt

  • When an incident hits at 2 am and alerts are firing – what changes when AI is in the room? That's the kind of question Patrick Savago, Solution Engineer, Team Lead at Tempo Software, will be tackling with Eugenio O., Territory Manager, Brazil at Atlassian; Flavia Batista, AIOps Practice Leader at e-Core; and Vando Gonçalves, Solution Architect at e-Core – live on June 11. 60% reduction in search time with Rovo. 250% growth in chat usage in six months. The data shows where things are heading. But knowing the stats is different from knowing what your team does next. That's the conversation. • When a complex technical product hits the market, someone has to make sure the story lands. At Tempo, that someone is Chenai Penduka. We started a series celebrating the people who make Tempo special – and we want to shout out Chenai, our Lead Product Marketer. Let's hear from Chenai herself: Q: What does your day-to-day look like? As Lead Product Marketer, I drive the positioning and messaging strategy for Tempo's nine Atlassian Marketplace apps. My day-to-day is highly collaborative, focusing on supporting Tempo's Sales, Growth, Demand, Customer Success, and Product people with market and competitive research, sales enablement, and win/loss analysis to ensure a unified go-to-market approach. Q: What's the coolest part of your job? The coolest part is the impact I have in how our solutions come out the gate into the market. It involves decoding complex technical product functions and translating them into tangible customer value. I thrive on the cross-functional collaboration required to deliver true solutions to customer problems. In the words of one of my all time favorite TV shows... I'm a fixer! Q: Which values of Tempo do you resonate with most? I strongly resonate with "Succeed Together" and "Deliver Value" – I believe in quantifiable impact, the "numbers don't lie" mantra. My focus is always on objectively justifying the value I bring to any initiative and ensuring our efforts translate into measurable results for the organization. Q: What challenge did you overcome that you're most proud of? I am most proud of my personal journey in navigating scaling and change management challenges. Coincidentally, these are the core problems Tempo's products solve for customers. Successfully identifying and overcoming these pain points in my own development is what allowed me to make the critical shift from tactical delivery to strategic influence. Q: What advice would you give to newcomers? Hold onto your outsider-looking-in perspective. It's easy to get absorbed into the whirlwind after your first few months, but resist the urge. Believe in your unique perspective and trust that your voice has a vital place in our dynamic, growing organization. Q: What's next on your horizon at Tempo? My next focus is fully shifting from tactical delivery to strategic influence, building processes that ensure business continuity while elevating the product marketing function to be recognized for the organizational superpower that it is. I look forward to shaping the vision and direction of Tempo products in the Atlassian Marketplace, and I dare to hint that a product launch or two might not be too far out on my horizon! __ Check out Chenai's profile to learn more about how she brings Tempo's products to market!

  • Atlassian just redefined what the platform can do. A faster platform doesn't automatically make your team more effective, though. The gap between what AI can do and what your operations actually look like on the ground – that's where the interesting work is. On June 11, Patrick Savago from Tempo Software joins experts from Atlassian and e-Core for a live Office Hours session on what the next wave of AI (AIOps, or AI-powered IT operations) means for the teams doing the daily work: executing, monitoring, and responding. It's a live conversation, not a rehearsed keynote. Bring your questions and we'll tackle them in real time. 📆 June 11, 2026 · 2:00 pm EST Reserve your spot: https://lnkd.in/gHssWWBX

    • Promotional graphic for e-Core's Office Hours webinar co-hosted with Atlassian and Tempo. Title reads: "What does Atlassian's next wave of AI mean for your team? Find out live. Bring your questions." Features headshots of four speakers — Eugenio Onofre, Territory Manager, Brazil at Atlassian; Patrick Savago, Solution Engineer, Team Lead; Vando Gonçalves, Solutions Architecture Specialist; and Flávia Batista, AIOps Practice Leader. Date and time: June 11, 2:00 pm EST.
