Happy birthday, MAX Automate! 🎂 Today marks one year since Madrid's first successful remote dockings and undockings with real flights took place! At that time, only six Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs) were remotely operated using MAX Automate. As the system consistently proved its reliability and efficiency, more stands were gradually transitioned to remote operation. By early 2025, all 129 PBBs across the five terminals at Madrid Airport were fully operated using MAX Automate, making it the first and only major hub in the world to achieve full remote operation. Two weeks. Four cities. 140+ senior leaders. One shared commitment: putting our people first.   Over the past two weeks, we embarked on a transformative journey across four cities - Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi - engaging with over 140 senior leaders in a series of impactful safety workshop sessions. It was a privilege to spend time with our leadership teams in each of these regions.   This was more than routine safety training. Project Suraksha was a focused, country-wide program designed to deepen our approach and unite us around what truly matters most – the wellbeing of our people. Our workshops were a deep dive into what it truly means to lead with care, accountability, and resilience in our daily operations. The conversations were honest and the commitment to creating a stronger, safer operating environment was unmistakable.   A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible. Your energy, leadership, and dedication are setting the foundation for lasting impact across our business. Special gratitude to the Asia Pacific Business Unit leadership for their support: Jürgen Böhler, Tobias Engelmeier, Rodney Daniel, Manish Mehan, Devender Sharma, Roy Uday, Anil Raina, and Sudhangshu Banerjee. TK Elevator is proud to have played an important role in the reconstruction of the Sonnendach Behindertenhilfe für den Bezirk Hollabrunn! Following the devastating floods in Lower Austria in the summer of 2024, the Hollabrunn daycare center came to a standstill – including the facility’s elevator. But everyone immediately joined forces, and just two weeks later, the new elevator was ordered. ⚙️ Today, we look back with pride: the pre-installation is complete, other construction teams have successfully continued their work, and the elevator is back in operation! 💫 ➡️ Swipe through to see the before photos.
