Most AI agent security is focused on the prompt: prompt injection, model alignment, etc. But one prompt can turn into hundreds of actions: commands run, files read, APIs called, secrets touched. That's where the risk is. An agent doesn't need to be jailbroken to cause damage. It just needs to be helpful in the wrong direction. Recently, one agent hit a credential mismatch, found another token on the machine, and wiped a production database and every backup in 9 seconds.
