While in Bulgaria, she's been in the thick of it: brainstorming with local experts, swapping ideas with leaders, and witnessing firsthand the magic happening at this powerhouse Visteon hub. And we didn't just talk about AI innovation—we showed it in action! Kristin couldn't help but be blown away by how our Systems and Mechanics teams are cooking up breakthroughs that are consistently enhancing our operations worldwide. "In a global company like ours, innovation can – and should – come from anywhere. And we count on Sofia to lead, to create what's next and share it with the rest of the world," Kristin shared during a packed all-employee town hall. This World Tree Day, our Visteon Palmela plant team partnered with the local city hall to donate and plant trees in a public garden near our facility. We rolled up our sleeves and got our hands dirty to strengthen our roots in the Palmela community – literally and figuratively. See our happy faces! 🌳

In a custom experience organized for Visteon, our European team took to Scania's test track – getting behind the wheel of their impressive fleet of fully-loaded electric buses, electric heavy trucks, and powerful 13L V8 diesel trucks hauling both single and double trailers. With #Scania instructors alongside, we experienced firsthand the cockpit environment where our products function and gained real insights into the daily demands of professional drivers. That’s what we call immersive research! We happily returned with a deeper understanding of our customers' world… and an even stronger partnership as we develop solutions that efficiently address real-world requirements. 🚚

Did you know we started our own Toastmasters club in Chennai last year? It's our passion project to help Visteon talent find their voice, command the room, and develop those leadership muscles that set true professionals apart! That’s why we threw open our doors to host the recent Toastmasters International Speech Contest and Table Topics Contest. Thirty participants from various companies stepped into the spotlight to showcase their public and impromptu speaking skills. Three of our Visteon superstars also jumped into the arena to show their progress. 😎 A huge shoutout to all contestants who dared to stand up and speak out – you left us (ironically, we know) speechless! And kudos to Toastmasters for celebrating confidence, leadership, and effective communication.

Happy to applaud our Chihuahua team for showing their outstanding spirit and performance at the 10th Index 2025 Race this past Sunday! There's something electric about the atmosphere when you're surrounded by fellow runners, pushing each other to dig deeper and find that extra gear rather than heading home early. Special congratulations to our very own Ana who claimed 1st place in the women's 10k category for the THIRD consecutive year! 🥇 Among 3,740 participants from manufacturing companies across the region, Ana's domination was a fantastic way to represent Visteon excellence. Our star HR team was there every step of the way, supporting all Visteon runners with pre-race and post-race stretching sessions. After crossing the finish line, participants enjoyed refreshments and received some swag too. 😎 A big thank you to Index for hosting such a wonderful event and to all our colleagues who participated.
