  • Proud to support initiatives that push healthcare forward and empower builders turning ideas into real-world impact. Congrats to everyone involved 👏

There's a version of Relish that never made it. For a long time, our entire operation ran on Airtable. Not a clean, intentional build— A sprawling, duct-taped system we kept scaling anyway. Dave's Hot Chicken. Postino WineCafe. Real brands, real creator campaigns across multiple markets, all coordinated through an infrastructure that was never designed to handle what we were asking of it. We were proud of what we were building. But we knew the foundation wasn't going to last. That's when Xmartlabs came in. They took our operational chaos and built something real. Full design. Full engineering. A platform that actually scales with us — not against us. And they didn't just write the code. They invested in building a partnership with our team. They're a partner with skin in the game. I learned that lesson early from a manager named Percy Rose, who built teams that cared long before it was a talking point. Meg Goldsmith brings that same energy to Relish every day. And Xmartlabs has brought it to every sprint we've run together. They handed me a water bottle at our last meeting. It says: "Build with a team that cares." They earned the right to print that. If you're a founder who needs engineering or design work done right, by a team genuinely invested in your outcome, reach out to Agustín Hernández Bonaglia or Enrique Galindo!

  • In the second article of our AI journey series, Nicolas Hernandez shares how we designed IA Level Up: a 3-hour internal workshop created to help our team move beyond basic AI adoption and into real feature utilization. The workshop was built around one core idea: → AI tools are changing fast, but strong mental models last longer. This is not a “perfect AI workflow” guide. It’s a transparent look at how we’re experimenting, learning, and evolving the way we work with AI across teams. Read the full article below 👇 https://lnkd.in/djrhBnuY

  • For many law firms, client intake and case routing is a highly manual, time-consuming process. We partnered with Robinson & Henry, P.C. to transform this crucial first touchpoint using a practical approach to Artificial Intelligence. By integrating Natural Language Processing (LLMs via OpenAI), we replaced static forms with a dynamic intake flow. Now, clients simply describe what’s going on. The system instantly interprets the text, classifies the legal category, and routes the case to the right attorney. To make it a true end-to-end experience, we connected the entire workflow seamlessly with Calendly, LawPay, and Salesforce. 💡The Impact? Contact center call times dropped by 50%, and manual case routing bottlenecks were virtually eliminated. Swipe through the carousel to see how we orchestrated this solution while keeping AI latency and costs under control. Read the full technical breakdown on our website: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/d2-b3-e4

  • Sofia Techera joined Xmartlabs looking for her first opportunity in tech. What followed was a journey defined by curiosity, and continuous growth. She started in manual QA and, through mentorship and hands-on experience, developed strong automation skills while working across multiple teams and projects. Along the way, she expanded her expertise in mobile, backend testing, APIs, databases, and quality engineering practices. One of the most unique parts of Sofía’s journey is that she is one of the Xmartlabs team members who left for a period of time and later chose to return. Coming back with a fresh perspective gave her an even deeper appreciation for the culture, people, and growth opportunities that had shaped her career from the start. Stories like Sofía’s remind us that career growth is rarely linear, but the right environment can make all the difference. 🚀

  • 85% of our engineers had already adopted AI coding tools. Sounds great, right? Then we looked deeper. Our internal survey showed a clear pattern: strong adoption, but very low use of the features that create real leverage, things like MCPs, Commands, and Skills. That’s when we identified what we now call the Feature Utilization Gap: the distance between having the tool and using it effectively. It changed how we think about AI enablement. The real question isn’t “Do people use the tool?” It’s “How deeply are they using it?” Written by Nicolas Hernandez, Software Engineer at Xmartlabs, this first article in our 4-part series explores what we learned and shares a practical framework to measure AI adoption depth in your own team. 👉 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/dd-FqzU2
