Our team is excited to celebrate the next chapter of Wacker Place! As the exclusive leasing partner for Wacker Place, the Cross Street team recently joined Mavrek Development to celebrate the commencement of construction. Delivering in Summer 2026, Wacker Place is the latest example of the reinvigoration of downtown Chicago through adaptive reuse. Built in 1928, the iconic structure at 65 Wacker has been home to visionaries and tastemakers for nearly 100 years.
