Hoje finalizei a implementação do Zammad, um sistema de chamados (tickets) no setor de Engenharia — e posso dizer: 💡 foi um grande passo para a eficiência interna! Com o Zammad, tudo fica centralizado: cada solicitação gera um ticket, é priorizada e acompanhada até a resolução. O resultado? 👇 ✅ Mais transparência nas demandas ✅ Melhor comunicação entre as equipes ✅ E, principalmente, organização e rastreabilidade de cada atividade A implementação foi feita utilizando 🐋Docker e 📃Docker Compose, o que tornou todo o processo simples, rápido e extremamente portátil. ⚙️ Em poucos minutos o ambiente estava rodando e pronto para uso — uma prova de como a tecnologia pode (e deve!) facilitar o dia a dia de qualquer setor. Die Smart Country Convention ist zwar vorbei, doch der Austausch geht weiter! 💬 Vielen Dank an alle Besucherinnen und Besucher, die bei uns am Stand vorbeigeschaut haben. Die zahlreichen Gespräche haben gezeigt, wie sehr das Thema bürgernahe und digitale Verwaltung bewegt – und dass die Lösungen bereits in greifbarer Nähe sind. Ein echtes Highlight war es, vertraute Namen endlich mit Gesichtern zu verbinden.
