Today I was able to speak to the Agile For Patriots group on, "Aligning UX with Agile Methodologies". I want to thank Mike Torrence for the opportunity. We had a great discussion that really went deep on helping them understand what "EXACTLY" a Principal UX Consultant does(Wow!!!). After doing it for over 2 decades it sounds insane to know as much as I do. That would sound like a flex...until I rattle off all the Clients, Projects, Stakeholders, C-suite Leaders, Teams, Collaborations, Roles, Friendships, Learning Opportunities, Learning Necessities, Failures, Growth, and Balance. What are you GREAT at...but ashamed to say it? ...(because we were raised better)

Yessssss - exactly this!! How your organization communicates regularly with stakeholders, partners and your engaged community is as much about building your reputation as it is about de-risking unexpected changes to things like legislation and funding that might affect the health of your business down the line. I spent some time this weekend experimenting with Anthropic's newly released Claude 3.5 sonnet, and I have to say I was pretty impressed. To be honest, I've been considering giving up my Claude subscription in recent weeks, and I'm glad I didn't. Here are a few things I liked: ☑ EXCELLENT writing skills, probably the best out there for an LLM, based on my experience ☑ Finally, Claude has 'vision' capabilities (it can see and transcribe text even from low-quality images) ☑ Exceptional reasoning, skills, and what seems to be a very solid knowledge base ☑ It is lightning-fast, and its responses seem to show an excellent grasp of language nuances, along with a bit of personality and a sense of humour! ☑VERY good at processing complex multi-step prompts 'Mid' but with potential: Anthropic also introduced Artifacts, which lets you see what's being generated in a window beside your prompt. Unfortunately, it's still limited for a few things I was trying out, but I love the concept of a collaborative work environment, and it will get better and more user-friendly soon. If Congress does not extend enhanced premium tax credits (PTCs) after 2025, 4 million people would become uninsured — nearly 2.5 million of them in states that have not expanded Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act, new Urban Institute research shows. To explore the issue by state, our team built an interactive tool using #sveltejs examining how the expiration of the enhanced tax credits would affect coverage rates for people of different income levels, ages, races, and ethnicities in all 50 states.
