“Geoff was an excellent architect for the 6 months that we worked on the same team. Even though he was very senior to me at the time, and I was new to the project, he still took my design suggestions very seriously, and made me feel as if my input was valued. What I really enjoyed was that Geoff was not reluctant to make use of newer software products and paradigms. I became familiar with a lot of different technologies in that time that benefit me to this day. It really was some of the most fun that I have had as a developer thus far. From a technical standpoint, he was a great resource for Java programming language features/best practices and general software design patterns. Any company would do well to have Geoff as an employee. He is a personable individual with a great attitude and a high level of technical expertise. Any engineers that have the opportunity to work with him should absorb all that they can; you'll learn a lot.”
