    Digital Marketing Transformation and Omni-Channel Strategy at Emerson Electric for Data Supply Chain, Digital Commerce, Prescriptive Analytics, and Business Intelligence.

    The initial strategy was created involving Mobile First design, customer journey mapping, eKanban, shared micro-service architecture, colocated DevOps & Business teams, Agile implementation, and a complete rethinking of the digital marketing customer experience, through innovation and creation of an end-to-end digital customer experience platform.

    This complex, global, multi-vendor project was vetted over an 18 month delivery cycle for three lines of business, and was delivered successfully for this federated multi-tower business.
