Jeffrey Hausman shared thisThe City of Raleigh in North Carolina is experiencing exponential population growth and city services are forced to keep pace. Behind the scenes, four IT staffers who support 4,400 employees had been under immense pressure. Things needed to change. And they did. The team unified IT, HR, facilities, and security into a single AI agent, unlocking the potential of our Autonomous IT vision combined with our AI platform. Today, 98% of tickets are routed correctly on the first try, adding up to a 66% reduction in IT service desk costs. The City of Raleigh is not only a phenomenal partner, but they’re also a phenomenal proof point. Many IT teams today are forced to do more with less while navigating fragmented systems and processes. As more cities and enterprises consolidate systems, they’re turning to ServiceNow. Our industry momentum reinforces that. For the third consecutive year, ServiceNow has been recognized as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ analysis of AI Apps in ITSM. We are the only vendor to be recognized as a Leader in this report and the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for ITSM Platforms. I am incredibly proud of our team! Here's what sets us apart: our ability to rapidly integrate new technologies, such as Moveworks; our AI Control Tower that centralizes governance and visibility into AI assets; our extensive partner ecosystem; and agentic AI roadmap, all underpinned by our AI platform strategy. Jeffrey Hausman shared thisTechnology Workflow Products are the heartbeat of ServiceNow. We hear it from analysts, customers, and partners all the time. It’s core to helping our customers reinvent how they operate their business at scale. It starts with a unified platform on a single architecture, and it is the foundation for connecting IT activity to business outcomes. Bottom line: we keep IT organizations running smoothly so customers can focus on the business. This is why we are considered the ‘heartbeat.’ I’m excited that we are once again a Leader among vendors in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for IT Service Management Platforms. During my first stint at ServiceNow, we maintained this leader position for 9 consecutive years, until Gartner paused the analysis. We’ve seen consistent customer demand for ITSM throughout the last two decades, and it’s great to see this analysis return. Here’s why we continue to lead: https://lnkd.in/g4NQa_TC #ServiceNow

Jeffrey Hausman shared thisThere is an international belief in AI’s opportunity to transform how we work, build, teach, and live, but not in how to govern it. Australia’s new AI framework is the first I’ve seen that aims to take a national and cross-department approach—from treasury to employment and to defense, education, and energy. In addition to identifying focus areas, the Prime Minister reinforced the need 'to make this technology work for us, for workers and communities, for our economy and our environment, for our creative industries and media.' In essence, for people. That really hit home for me because it’s at the heart of what we do at ServiceNow. I’m curious how other governments will approach this intersection, and I'm excited to connect with our ANZ customers to help them navigate this new era. Sydney World Forum is where we’ll continue the AI conversation and show customers and partners how we’re putting AI to work for people. I hope you’ll join us: https://lnkd.in/gQJaYZYE #PutAItoWorkforPeople #ServiceNow #AI

Jeffrey Hausman shared thisA whirlwind trip to Tokyo barely scratched the itch. Prior to my return to ServiceNow, I traveled frequently to Japan. Tokyo is one of my favorite places in the world. The culture. The food. The people. Beyond the personal connections, I've always had a deep respect for the high standard of business leaders and operations in Japan. What struck me most from my conversations this time around: There is genuine optimism that AI and our Autonomous Workforce will help fill the gaps amid the country’s labor shortage. The shrinking talent pool is fueling demand and investment in technology. We are committed to walking alongside our customers as they continue to navigate this shift. A heartfelt thanks to our teams for organizing an impactful trip, meeting many new faces, and spending time with our teams in the office (even after getting up very early to watch the Japan World Cup round of 32 game). The many customer & partner meetings, US Embassy event, ServiceNow Nexus, Employee Town Hall, team dinners, and even running into a security robot perusing an office lobby, all made the week worthwhile. Jeffrey Hausman shared thisThe industry is fluid. Everyone is thinking about how to pivot and adapt as new models emerge. What's not changing is our expertise in navigating this era—that, and our market leadership. For the second consecutive year, we ranked first across six Gartner® Market Share reports. This is independent proof that ServiceNow is dominating the IT industry, specifically in: IT Operations, ITSM Platforms, Event Intelligence Solutions, IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management, Project and Portfolio Management, and Security Software. In the agentic era, where every company is fighting to win the AI race, thousands of enterprises continue to choose us to run 85 billion workflows on our platform each year—workflows that drive their businesses. This is trust well-earned. Many thanks to our customers and partners who are on this journey with us. Big shoutout to the teams building products that 'wow’ our customers. Jeffrey Hausman shared thisWhat does the true value of AI look like? When you’re using dozens of tools to help problem solve, it’s not easy to demonstrate or make sure your agents haven't gone rogue. The winning combination is AI + data + workflows + security. In IT, that gets you results like this: • 90% reduction in event incident tickets. • Up to 25 minutes saved per major incident. • 80% reduction in time to audit software. • Up to 70% faster security remediation containment. • $1 million in revenue loss prevented from resource planning done right. This is what our Autonomous Workforce is delivering. I’m excited to speak with Simon Grice to help practitioners onboard our AI specialists and advance their AI strategy. Join us on June 23 as we help you unlock AI’s value: https://lnkd.in/gnxAfzb7 #ServiceNow #AutonomousIT

Jeffrey Hausman shared thisI’ve long admired Fujitsu. Over the span of 90+ years, Fujitsu has continued to reinvent itself, from a mining company to advancing telco networks and building computers, to today, developing a digital society that can keep pace with new technologies. What hasn't changed is its ethos: ‘people’ have always been at the center of its innovative pursuits. That has never been as important as it is today. Fujitsu understands that in order for people to change their behavior and trust new technologies, they need to be convinced it actually works. Because, while AI adoption relies on data, it also relies on the people to steward the change. It is a thrill to see how ServiceNow is helping Fujitsu realize AI’s potential. As an early adopter of our Autonomous Workforce, Fujitsu is onboarding new AI specialists to problem-solve so all 100K+ employees can focus on growing the business—and the work that actually matters. By transforming their own operations, they recognize their position to help other enterprises transform too. This is the type of leadership that has a global impact. Learn more about Fujitsu’s story: https://lnkd.in/gETyiKZR I am looking forward to returning to Japan later this month to visit our Fujitsu partners and many more who are leading meaningful change across the industry. #ServiceNow

Jeffrey Hausman shared thisThat was electric. At Knowledge last week, 22,000+ customers, partners, media, and analysts got a taste of our Autonomous Workforce, with some like the City of Raleigh and Docusign realizing autonomous resolution with the L1 IT Service Desk AI Specialist. There is a strong appetite for more AI specialists and so much more. The outcomes are real. The excitement is real. And the message was clear: ServiceNow is THE canvas that’s built for the agentic era, and IT leaders are THE most important enablers for the enterprise. Saran Mandair at Docusign is one of them. He’s already seeing results from our Autonomous Workforce. He expects 90% of IT tickets to be handled autonomously, so all 7K+ employees can focus on their critical work. Saran’s not stopping either. His team is eager to expand to other areas of the business: “We started with the IT service desk but our goal for Autonomous Workforce is total employee experience.” It's what I heard from other CIOs and IT leaders all week long. They want the same AI specialists working with their teams. With the same audit trails. This is a non-negotiable because we’ve all seen the consequences when governance is an afterthought. Many thanks to Saran, Niki Patel, and AnneMarie Fernandez for joining me on stage in front of a packed IT Spotlight presentation. To the ServiceNow team behind the scenes: thank you. It's because of you that our conversations have evolved from ‘what if’ to ‘what next.’ #Know26 #ServiceNow #AI

Jeffrey Hausman shared thisStrategic planning has never been a back-office function. Rather, it is the key to unlock Autonomous IT, aligning execution to strategy. We are proud that ServiceNow has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Strategic Portfolio Management Tools, Q2 2026. Today, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) gives IT and business leaders a single workspace to plan with visibility, prioritize with confidence, and execute with traceability. To us, Forrester’s recognition is proof of that. According to the report, “ServiceNow's vision focuses on reinventing business through a technology platform that provides both the visibility that organizations need to make decisions and the automation that enables them to act.” What’s more, the organizations we see leading this moment rely on a self-healing IT system that senses problems before they surface, decides the right action with full strategic context, and acts autonomously without waiting for the next planning cycle. ServiceNow SPM makes Autonomous IT possible! I am elated knowing our customers are tracking to this vision because of SPM. Big congratulations to Yoav Boaz and the entire full-stack team for continuing to build products that both customers and analyst firms rate! Jeffrey Hausman reacted on thisJeffrey Hausman reacted on thisSomething rare happened in our industry this weekend. The people building the most capable AI foundational technology in the world asked to be slowed down. Dario Amodei called for "pacing the frontier" so that our ability to understand and control AI keeps up with its capabilities. Sam Altman committed OpenAI to independent evaluators. Demis Hassabis called the direction correct and pointed to Google DeepMind's proposed industry standards body. I have been saying for some time that AI needs to be appropriately regulated. Not because I am pessimistic about it. Quite the opposite. But we regulate cars, pharmaceuticals, aviation and financial markets for a reason, and a technology that may prove more consequential than all of them still runs largely on voluntary commitments. Every dangerous technology before this one was contained by scarcity. Frontier AI is software. It copies, ships and scales in hours. And it no longer just answers questions. AI agents now write code, move money and operate systems on their own. In July, roughly 1,200 OpenAI agents in a cybersecurity evaluation found an unsanctioned channel, organized themselves, and about 700 of them broke into Hugging Face's production systems and an OpenAI research cluster. No human directed them. Anthropic has since disclosed four incidents of its own models reaching real third-party systems. In my own work at ServiceNow, securing identities, assets and AI agents, the question I hear most from leaders is the same one: "Can I see everything that is running, and can I act on what I see?" For most businesses, the honest answer is not yet. We have made real progress helping companies gain visibility and control across their AI estate with AI Control Tower. But without regulation, no security provider will catch everything, and the gaps are exactly where autonomous systems get loose. This is not a future risk. It is here. None of this means handing the future to others. The United States cannot slow down while China races ahead. But a race with no rules is not leadership. We should lead on capability and safety both, and engage China only where no one benefits from proliferation: autonomous cyberattacks, biological threats and AI-enabled weapons. Nor does it mean closing the door on open models. I have supported open weights publicly and still do. But at the frontier, released weights cannot be recalled, so the standard should not depend on whether a model is open or closed. We should regulate by capability, use and potential harm. A model that recommends a song is not a model that can design a pathogen. My answer hasn't changed: governance built before deployment isn't friction; it's the accelerant. Innovation, competitiveness and regulation are not opposing goals. We have to pursue all three. The industry is asking for action. We should not wait for a crisis to provide it.

Jeffrey Hausman reacted on thisJeffrey Hausman reacted on thisIn most of the deals I work on, developers have more of a say in which AI solutions a company adopts than the executives signing off on the investment. Developers are at the center of the agentic AI shift, and where it goes next will be determined by those building real solutions on the front lines. Writing the code and building an agent is only part of the picture. Connecting that agent to enterprise systems, business processes, and the work people do every day, securely and at scale, is where the real challenge begins. That's why I'm excited about now[dev]26, ServiceNow's developer conference, taking place November 4-5 at the San Jose Convention Center. If you're building on ServiceNow, EmployeeWorks, or Moveworks, this event is for you. Join us for two days of hands-on building, learning, and collaboration with the engineers, architects, and product teams behind the platform. From the EmployeeWorks and Build Agent hackathon on Day 1 to technical labs, demos, and product deep dives on Day 2, now[dev]26 is designed for developers who want to move from experimentation to real-world impact. Last year's Moveworks hackathon at the Chase Center showed what happens when great builders come together. Ideas became working solutions, prototypes became real experiences, and developers took lessons back to their teams to continue innovating. We're bringing that same energy to now[dev]26, and I can't wait to see what this community builds next. I'm looking forward to taking the stage alongside Amit Zavery, Nirankush Panchbhai, and Kristy Merriam. Hope to see many of you there! Learn more and register here: https://lnkd.in/gxsR5Tmm

Jeffrey Hausman liked thisToolSmith is a game changer! I have been using it this past couple of weeks and absolutely love it! I can build out complex tools for the AI agent by chatting to ToolSmith with very impressive results - just give it a link to the API docs and a description of what you want to achieve and it will work out a plan that you can approve or ask it to adjust - it's that easy!Jeffrey Hausman liked thisFor builders, nothing is more gratifying than user feedback. We have started rolling out Toolsmith, our vibe coding automation & workflow building platform for our customers. I will let you read what a developer said. "speechless.... This is a home run. This is exactly what I expected. A Lovable.dev or Replit style experience. It recreated our existing Update on call phone number topic that is in our prod instance in under 5 min without an error. I am amazed. With that said, this is a huge quality of life improvement for the advancement and administration of OTTO to our end-users and stakeholders. With this we have the ability to extend the capabilities we offer to our user base for deflection-based topics. Sky is the limit it seems. This experience was very impressive, thank you! I just want to keep building now 🙂" We are pumped to get this in hands of over 5,000 developers on the EmployeeWorks / Moveworks platform. 🦾🦾

Jeffrey Hausman liked thisJeffrey Hausman liked thisWhen we started building our agentic automation platform, our North Star was enabling developers to go from idea to a production agent in 15 min. It is exciting to see that today, we have surpassed that. The new benchmark is - any new incident that can be automated should be automated and deployed in less than 15 minutes! In this LIVE demo below, you will see how a user comes into Slack and asks Otto a question. Otto scans its automations and content. When it doesn't find anything pertinent, it creates an incident in ServiceNow. Otto's backend integration with ServiceNow ITSM picks up the ticket, and messages the fulfiller in slack. The fulfiller then asks Otto to invoke Toolsmith to build the automation. Toolsmith takes it from there, builds a plan, builds the automation, and deploys it. Back to the employee in Slack. Next time, someone asks the same question - Otto picks up the automation and resolves the issue. 1. Otto as the AI assistant powered by EmployeeWorks 2. Toolsmith as the vibe coding builder of automations 3. Both intuitively integrated to facilitate just in time automation for enterprise teams. This is the future of agentic automation, and it's here NOW!

Jeffrey Hausman reacted on thisJeffrey Hausman reacted on thisI love a challenge—and for much of 2026, one of my biggest challenges has happened outside the office. I recently wrapped up a fitness competition called Stark Naked, focused on training, nutrition, recovery, and measurable progress, with a charitable component built in. 💪❤️ To top it all off, I was especially proud to finish as the winner! Along the way, I decreased my body fat percentage by 5 points, to an elite level for my gender and age. I really dialed in my sleep and recovery, as well as improved cardiovascular, inflammation, and immune blood markers over the 6 months. Those who know me know that fitness is one of my non-negotiables. The physical results are rewarding (and winning was a pretty great feeling 😉), but what matters most to me goes well beyond physical strength. We talk a lot about resilience in business. I believe leaders need to be just as intentional about building their OWN resilience. That means consistently investing in habits that give you energy, focus, and stamina to keep showing up at your best. For me, that’s what fitness is really about: building the capacity to perform, recover, and come back ready to do it again, quarter after quarter. This experience reinforced many of my beliefs about wellness, resilience, and sustainable high performance. I think this is an important conversation, and I wanted to share what I've learned in the article below. I’d love to hear from others: What do you do to protect your energy and build resilience over time?I Just Completed a Months-Long, Extreme Health Challenge. The Ivanti Partner Network just earned a 5-Star rating in the 2026 CRN Partner Program Guide. CRN evaluates on the things that actually matter: incentives, enablement, certifications, and whether a vendor actually shows up when things get hard. The Ivanti APJ team looks forward to bringing exactly that to partners across the region this year. If you’re thinking about where to place your bets, Ivanti’s door is open.
