    I have been asked to conduct a quarterly seminar on foreign relations (in English) for Alliance Francaise Omaha to help members better contextualize current and recent events. For this course, we use France as the central point, and discuss how it conducted its foreign relations over several centuries. The first seminar covers the period from 1648 through 1789, the second from 1789 to 1914, and the last from 1914 to soemwhere near the present day.
