Robust QC testing is the foundation of successful cell therapy commercialization. Yet today it remains slow, fragmented, and lacking standardization. Methods are still manually transferred between sites, qualified in isolation, and validated through paper-heavy processes—leading to delays, inconsistencies, and limited scalability. Cell Q changes this. By integrated QC automation with a digital quality backbone, instrument data is captured at the source, stored securely, and automatically tied to the batch record. Kimball Medical Solutions to Launch Advanced 307,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing Facility to Expand Drug Delivery Capabilities. Kimball plans to finish the buildout of a new Indianapolis facility in October 2025, marking a major milestone in its commitment to next-generation autoinjector and drug delivery device manufacturing. The site will feature 32 large molding presses, ISO 8 clean room assembly, CNC-classified medical assembly areas, and more specialized capabilities - supporting services from cold chain management to scientific injection molding and sterilization.
