We're looking for independent stylists to join our commission-based program, AO network. Independent stylists support our retail teams by bringing clients into the store, taking our product to them, and bringing the brand to life with your personal connections.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive in-store traffic by bringing your clientele to shop your nearest boutique
Hit minimum volume goals
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an existing client network that can be tapped to drive in-store business
Ability to meet annual metrics
Must be a reliable communicator who maintains positive rapport with our in-store teams
SALARY & BENEFITS:
10-15% commission on sales (commission tiered based on annual performance)
