Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company
    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide product updates, and gather feedback
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing client needs
  • Client Onboarding and Training:
    • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products or services
    • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, both remotely and on-site when necessary, to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings
    • Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and other resources to empower clients to effectively utilize our products or services
  • Proactive Account Management:
    • Monitor client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling
    • Analyze client usage data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize their experience and achieve their desired outcomes
    • Proactively address client concerns or issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve them promptly
    • Client Success and Retention:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and satisfaction
    • Identify and implement strategies to drive client retention and minimize churn rates
    • Identify and escalate at risk clients based on health tracking indicators

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations and enhance client success initiatives
    • Collect client feedback, collaborate with product and engineering teams to address product enhancements or new feature requests
