Creative Manager [Freelance]

We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and organized individual to join Piper Creative Company as the right hand to the Owner and CCO in the Tampa Bay Area. We're talking about someone who is experienced and passionate in marketing, public relations, events, and all things creative as well as someone who wants to help build a business for years to come!

As the Creative Manager, you'll be the backbone of our creative team at Piper Creative Company, supporting with project management, customer service, brainstorming sessions, research, business development, and more. You'll also be proficient with content creation, social media, graphics, online and offline events, websites, and email on various platforms.

We need someone who can communicate like a pro and work seamlessly in a team environment as well as someone who encompasses a passionate work ethic and ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying cool, calm, and collected. 

This position has the potential for growth to part-time and eventually a full-time position, aiming to attain a Senior Director role in the future as we expand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in online and offline campaigns, content creation, videography, creative production, graphic design, social media management, public relations, events, and more
• Manage brainstorming, researching, content creation, trend monitoring, coordinating and communicating with clients as well as completing administrative tasks
• Support content marketing, website design, marketing audits, and team building activities to enhance collaboration and communication among colleagues and clients
• Spearhead the business development efforts of Piper Creative Company, encompassing team expansion, client acquisition, and retention strategies

Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, vast creativity in areas of responsibility, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, leadership, and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and manage multiple projects at once
• Must have business development skills pertaining to driving growth and forging new opportunities
• Competent in strategic planning, market analysis, relationship building, negotiation, and sales
• Skilled in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Social media savvy and proficient in creating content on various platforms
• Proficiency in design software is essential, including Canva
• Competency in videography and video editing is essential
• Skilled in website management, specifically on Wix, Wordpress, and Squarespace
• Extensive online and offline campaign experience
• Events experience required
• Ability to meet in office or events 3-4 days a week
• Enthusiasm for podcast creation, Google Ads, an interest in new age concepts, and a passion for music are strongly desired
