Note - this position can sit in either Denver, CO or Boston, MA, with Denver being preferred.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role will support the Customer Experience team in installing and managing Customer Experience Management programs at our growing list of clients. This includes client discovery, feedback program design, survey programming, visualization & dashboard development, data analysis and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a foundational understanding of survey methodologies, and demonstrate a keen ability to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in programming and executing customer surveys under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Analyze incoming survey data and contribute to the creation of dashboards.
  • Create PowerPoint slides to communicate findings, summarize processes and lead client team meetings
  • Participate in client meetings, providing support and insights, while not leading discussions.
  • Code qualitative survey responses to ensure accurate data representation.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, helping to manage relationships and gather feedback on survey performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine survey language, dashboard design and process improvements based on client input.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in survey programming and execution is preferred.
  • Familiarity with research platforms, survey design, and customer feedback methodologies is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, a passion for customer experience and a bias for action required.
  • Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers and data.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
