I'm working with a Med Comms agency who had a tough 2023 like most but they have bounced back very well and have been winning business consistently since Q1. They are now hiring an Executive Director to report into the CEO and to help spearhead their US growth.

You'll be expanding their current client base, utilising your network from a business development standpoint, lead the Client Services team and develop the long-term strategy. Here's some more details on the business:

• They are fully remote and are based across the US and Europe
• Working on some very creative deliverables, they do very little publications
• Examples - HCP engagement platforms, digital content, MSL decks, soft skill training for MSLs
• Independent business so very little red tape and huge opportunity to influence the next few years
• Trust me they have some very exciting plans and you will want to be part of this!
• Salary is up to $180k but we can be flexible for the right person
• 20% bonus with very strong benefits, good health plan and 30 days PTO among others
• This person has to be East or Central based due to client needs
