Overview

This role is responsible for the execution of internal communications strategies that support Quorum’s mission, strategic priorities, values, culture and brand.

This role will work closely with internal corporate stakeholders to create and execute enterprise-wide, audience-specific, and function-specific communications programs in support of major strategic and change initiatives, and engagement and reputation programs. These programs are expected to drive a shared understanding of Quorum’s direction and leaders' and employees' roles in company success. Ensure consistency of messaging across the organization globally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal enterprise communication initiatives to drive employee engagement and support major HR initiatives, diversity and inclusion, and culture.
  • Support broad impact initiatives by crafting communications strategies and materials, partnering with HR, Professional Services, Customer Care, Engineering, Product & Operations, Finance and other enterprise functions as needed to ensure priorities and messaging are aligned and articulated in a manner consistent with the overall #OneQuorum company strategy and culture.
  • Design and implement change communications strategies in support of major change initiatives.
  • Align efforts to overall communications strategy and plans that help achieve stated business objectives and execute against the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and manage internal communications calendar and overall internal communications strategy
  • Content creation expert – Strong skills in written and graphical content productions
  • Interact with key stakeholders (meetings, one-on-ones, organizational "listening") to be proactive in addressing communication issues, needs and opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between local and Global teams to ensure consistency of messaging across company.
  • Deliver exceptional written and oral communications for internal audiences to support communications plans.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve communication processes and identifying critical communication opportunities.
  • Help identify and/or anticipate business and communication issues and help mitigate them.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field required.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in internal communications, including employee and culture communications in a global organization.
  • Exceptional and persuasive written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a proven track record of creating informative and engaging internal communications.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to facilitate and distill multiple perspectives from internal corporate stakeholders into communications that will resonate with global audiences.
  • Excellent planning skills, with a proven ability to manage, prioritize and allocate time.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments in a mid-sized / larger organization.
  • Ability to translate complex business issues into readily understandable, creative and strategic communications for a variety of global audiences.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or proprietary company information in a confidential manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
