Responsibilities:
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Under the guidance of the graphic designer, ensure clear and consistent communication of the Madewell Brand through print and store assets
- Create and concept store signage in partnership with Madewell marketing team
- Manage creative assets for monthly store deliverables
- Work with graphic designer to apply and maintain Madewell branding standards across store assets, signage, print collateral, packaging and specialty projects
- Explore and present new design ideas. Propose and explore new creative concepts for print collateral, store windows, gift packaging, etc.
- Work with marketing and visual teams to create assets for new store openings and special events
- Manage their time and to work successfully and efficiently on all of Madewell communication platforms
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong formal design and typography skills with refined taste level
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to be able to multi task on sever projects at once.
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to meet creative review and production deadlines
- Must be proactive and able to communicate and work well with members of the team including project managers, copy, productions artists, print production team and marketing managers

Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $69,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
