Requirements
- Design and implement strategic leadership development programs for senior executives
- Create high-impact training frameworks incorporating coaching, workshops, and e-learning
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor programs for measurable business impact
- Develop and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistent leadership expectations across the organization
- Build a continuous learning environment that supports career growth at senior levels
- Champion a culture of growth mindset and diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional learning projects globally
- Customize learning experiences for specific business unit needs
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in learning and leadership development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred
- Fluency in English required; French language skills highly desired
- Experience in financial services or investment banking preferred
- Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Expertise in ROI tracking and data-driven program evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to influence and present to executive audiences
