Salary: $60 - $63/hr

Location: Hybrid / 3 days onsite

Requirements

  • Design and implement strategic leadership development programs for senior executives
  • Create high-impact training frameworks incorporating coaching, workshops, and e-learning
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor programs for measurable business impact
  • Develop and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistent leadership expectations across the organization
  • Build a continuous learning environment that supports career growth at senior levels
  • Champion a culture of growth mindset and diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional learning projects globally
  • Customize learning experiences for specific business unit needs

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in learning and leadership development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Fluency in English required; French language skills highly desired
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking preferred
  • Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Expertise in ROI tracking and data-driven program evaluation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and present to executive audiences
