Job Summary

Join client’s committed team as a Learning and Development Specialist, focusing on enhancing continuous learning across the company. In this role, you will facilitate dynamic learning sessions, leverage technology for scalable solutions, and ensure impactful program delivery. Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our learning initiatives, including administrative support and impact measurement, while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our learning offerings.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate engaging learning sessions both virtually and in-person on a variety of topics, ensuring positive and interactive experiences.
• Create scalable, tech-enabled learning solutions using various platforms and tools, staying up-to-date on technological trends in learning development.
• Provide logistical support for learning events, including planning, execution, and administrative tasks.
• Collect and analyze data on learning program effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Embrace and drive continuous learning and innovation within client’s learning programs, adapting to changing needs.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in facilitation and program delivery.
• Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems and tech-enabled learning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
  
  

Industry Experience Required: Prior experience in learning and development roles, preferably within a technology or ecommerce environment. Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau is a plus, though not mandatory.
