I am recruiting a Learning Specialist with strong technical writing (web), content development and/or instructional design skills to join an adoption, learning and enablement team that supports internal Digital Customer and Marketing Departments.


You will create clear, concise documentation for digital marketing tools, translating complex technical concepts into simple language. In this role, you'll also develop comprehensive learning materials, including guides, videos, and presentations, to support teams in mastering the latest marketing technologies.


Primary functions are technical writing for the web and content development

Secondary functions are learning delivery, content hosting, and effectiveness evaluation


Qualifications

  • Professional Portfolio
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in learning and enablement
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Digital Marketing skills is a plus (campaign execution, working with data)
  • Certification in instruction design, learning and development or related field is a plus
