We are seeking a dynamic, fully remote, Product Manager! This role will oversee the development and enhancement of the National Watchtower Tool (NWT), used by network technicians and XOC Operational teams. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, UX teams, and development teams to identify, create, and manage product requirements from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate must have experience working with internal tools like Watchtower (or similar tools) and be comfortable in fast-paced, high-impact environments. They will drive products through the entire lifecycle, ensuring a successful launch and production delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially UX research and design.

The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding customer behavior and business needs, translating them into product requirements, and ensuring that these requirements are successfully implemented by the development teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to manage dependencies and project timelines in a complex environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product oversight for features and enhancements in the National Watchtower Tool (NWT), supporting network technicians and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with UX research and design teams to identify pain points, develop solutions, and incorporate them into product requirements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring successful delivery and post-production support.
  • Translate business requirements into technical product requirements, understanding the impact on systems and collaborating with development teams for smooth implementation.
  • Manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of product features that meet business goals.
  • Engage with large organizations and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in the product experience for network technicians.


Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of product management experience, with proven success in delivering products from idea to launch.
  • Experience working with internal tools, particularly Watchtower (or similar tools) used by network technicians.
  • Strong understanding of the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including UX, design, and development teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Confluence, JIRA, and understanding of Figma workflows.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and understand their system-wide impacts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a critical, high-impact environment.
