As a Recruitment Consultant at Lumicity, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting top talent with leading-edge companies. Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and qualify candidates to match the needs of your clients.
  • Client Management: Oversee the recruitment process for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing their expectations.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry sector you’re working in (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy).
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster a network of opportunities.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and improve outcomes.


Qualifications


  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Sales Orientation: Proven experience or a strong inclination towards sales, quotas, or goal achievement.
  • Motivation and Deadline Management: Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
