Recruiter
As a Recruitment Consultant at Lumicity, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting top talent with leading-edge companies. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your clients, from sourcing and qualifying candidates to ensuring their needs and expectations are met. This role demands a mix of business development, client management, and recruitment skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively seek out and qualify new business leads to expand Lumicity’s client base.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and qualify candidates to match the needs of your clients.
- Client Management: Oversee the recruitment process for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing their expectations.
- Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry sector you’re working in (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy).
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster a network of opportunities.
- Efficiency Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Sales Orientation: Proven experience or a strong inclination towards sales, quotas, or goal achievement.
- Motivation and Deadline Management: Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
