Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Develop high-quality software design and architecture
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
Work closely with product management and UX/UI to create intuitive, user-friendly software
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Stay updated on emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Document and maintain software functionality
Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with latest features
Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
Contribute to team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning
Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git)
In-depth knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies
Experience with software testing and debugging
Understanding of software development best practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking
Knowledge of software design patterns and principles
Familiarity with front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
