Get rid of Insomnia forever in 45 days with the Insomnia Switch-Off Method™️.I help IT professionals to sleep well and stay on top of their game. Talk to me if you want freedom from Insomnia. Author "My Sleepless Nights”
You might have heard the classic 10,000 rule theory. It says that once you have 10,000 hours on any skill you become a master at it. While I cannot say about the number of hours with certainty, one thing can be said: once you keep putting in the hours you will get good at it for sure. But then you might wonder how about putting all your effort into mastering a skill by cutting down on sleep. On the face of it, this looks like a great thing to do to go non-stop. But the brain cannot process all the things and is not sure to do what is right. As Matthew Walker puts it “Practice does not make perfect. It is practice, followed by a night of sleep, that leads to perfection”. So to achieve mastery make sure you have a Good Night’s sleep. #manohargrandhi #sleep
