Very inspiring story! happy to know that google have a online editor for this interviews now. That should make the candidates feel more at home and I never heard about the team matching interviews this is a good thing to know too

Impressive 👍🏻 but they sure were quite generous on her for 1st tech role. Agreeing for 5 months of prep time seems like she was already selected prior to the interview considering most people get pushed to go through a process as soon as they get shortlisted.
