Puppies make a difference! By incorporating a touch of puppy love in our emails, we’ve increased our positive reply rate by 50%. For every email response we receive, regardless of its nature, we donate puppy food. Just last month, we donated 18,750 bowls of puppy food. Some clients hesitate to incorporate a charitable donation to puppies in their emails, thinking it might clash with their brand. But the data speaks for itself: people across all industries and management levels love puppies. This small touch catches attention and fosters a positive perception of the brand while feeding hungry pups! Imagine if replying to an email could help feed puppies. Let's say you want to raise chickens. Before you brought home a dozen chicks, you'd come up with a place to keep them, right? A hen house, coop, chicken run, or some such structure to keep them safe. A strategic plan is to success what a hen house is to raising chickens. If you don't have a strategic plan for your business or nonprofit, all the great ideas you have are like "chickens" without a hen house. You'll end up exhausted chasing chickens around everywhere and you won't be able to find any eggs. Having a strategic plan provides a structure which will help you keep your chickens, and eat an omelet too.

Opting to enjoy the meal anyway, it prompted me to think about the ripple effects of our everyday choices. This incident made me appreciate the power of proactive contributions. To extend the positive impact, I donated the amount I would have spent on my original order to GIVE.do. It was a spontaneous decision to pay the kindness forward, reinforcing the values we cherish at GIVE.do.
