So how cool is this! 👍💪 Our colleagues from Westnetz GmbH, the Westenergie Grid Operator, are part of the #TwinEU Horizon Europe Project!💡👏 In the coming months, over 70 companies across Europe will work together to create, develop and test a #digitaltwin of the electricity grid. They will create a key tool to increase the integration of digital solutions in the energy system. We will, among many others, closely cooperate with E.ON, envelio and Amprion GmbH to provide input about how to overcome data silos and guarantee secure and reliable grid operations to enhance the coordination between TSOs and DSOs🤝. #ShapingTomorrowToday I find it super exciting, that Westnetz GmbH can participate and contribute to this project shaping the #digitaltransformation of the energy system⚡💪.

🥳🤝 We’re excited to announce that gridX has successfully integrated Theben Smart Energy’s CONEXA M (CONEXA smart meter gateway with Mehrwertmodul) into our platform, confirming seamless communication with the gridBox. 🔑 This marks a significant milestone in paving the way for implementing §14a EnWG as the integration now enables the gridBox to support the key functionalities of the “Mehrwertmodul” and allows two essential EEBUS use cases: 1️⃣ Limitation of Power Consumption (LPC): The HEMS responds to LPC signals to efficiently control §14a-relevant assets. 2️⃣ Monitoring of Grid Connection Point (MGCP): The gridBox receives measurements from the SMGW via the CLS Adapter for logging and optimization purposes. 💡 Currently, the Mehrwertmodul is undergoing certification according to BSI TR-03109-5 and the new BSZ certification. 💪 This partnership further bridges the gap between theoretical energy management concepts and real-world implementation for grid stability and flexible energy use. #HEMS #EEBUS #EnergyManagement #gridX #Theben #14aEnWG
