What does #generativeAI have to do with the shrinking pipeline of women leaders? By interacting with AI early on, women can flag problematic and biased outputs and begin to shrink the gender divide. However, new IBM IBV research found that men are adopting #genAI faster than women. Generative AI enables employees to create business value and offers women the opportunity to increase gender equity and close gaps in the leadership pipeline.
