Proof that if you do a good job - the client will remember you!!! A couple of years ago, Rob and Steve, the dynamic duo of "Plan, Grow, Do" — a B2B Sales Agency in Sheffield — recommended Twisted Spire to one of their clients, who was having issues with his website promoting his plumbing services. I can't remember exactly what the issue was, but Twisted Spire got straight to the root cause, tightened up a few leaky bits, and before long, DR Plumbing was back up and running without any drips. Whatever it was, the client was more than happy with the service, so much so that last week, a good two years since, I got a call from Dyfed at DR Plumbing, who was having another issue, this time his Google My Business Profile. His GMB had been suspended and he had no idea why. In fact, it had been suspended since October last year, and he had been in a running battle with Google Customer Services ever since to get it rectified; his inbound enquiries had all but dried up, his listing on Google Maps had vanished, and local customers couldn't find his details. His business was suffering, so he called Twisted Spire for help. We got straight on the case, and after doing a full audit of his GMB listing, pinpointing a couple of minor errors, and several frustrating emails and calls with Google, we got his profile back online and a big red pin in the map to show his locality.
