This year, we were honoured to collaborate with New Hall School on a truly inspiring project that exemplifies both our design capabilities and our dedication to delivering excellence. The school presented us with a distinctive challenge: to transform their Politics and Business Centre into an environment that would ignite ambition and inspire future leaders, with a nod to one of the most iconic political addresses in the world—Downing Street. Our design team embraced the ambitious brief, working meticulously to bring this vision to life. With only weeks before the summer holidays, we accelerated the design and planning process, ensuring we could deliver this high-profile project within a six-week timeframe. The centrepiece of the project was the creation of a stunning replica of Downing Street, complete with an alleyway through the building that mirrors the famous London street. The result is a truly remarkable space that captures every detail of the original, down to the exact design of the famous doors of numbers 9, 10, and 11. We left no stone unturned in ensuring authenticity, even going so far as to engage the very decorators responsible for painting the actual doors of Downing Street. This attention to detail extended to the letter plates, door furniture, and overall finish, all of which have been crafted to replicate the original as closely as possible. Ian Houghton, Managing Director, proudly remarked: “The quality of our work here speaks for itself. From the carefully selected materials to the precision in execution, this project has been delivered to the highest standards. Our longstanding relationship with New Hall School, spanning over 20 years, is built on trust and collaboration. This project is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional results on time and within budget, while consistently exceeding our client’s expectations.” The completion of this project not only demonstrates our technical and creative capabilities but also highlights our ability to manage complex projects under tight time constraints. We are incredibly proud of the outcome and the opportunity to contribute to the educational environment at New Hall School, inspiring the next generation of leaders. As our planet grows warmer, the responsibility to design for shade becomes increasingly critical. At CannonDesign, we believe building owners, civic leaders and designers must collaborate to increase shade cover through creative approaches. Projects like our Kirkland Ranch Academy of Innovation, designed in partnership with Hepner Architects, is just north of Tampa, Florida. The project employs a minimum 2:1 ratio for shading full glazed walls. All other windows are covered with a perforated metal panel to provide shading and safety to the exterior. Simple things add! We can provide comfort, energy savings, and quality of life. These shaded spaces aren’t just performing - they become social centers, places to get away, or meet with friends. This is one the renderings for the new Chicago Bears' stadium..There are about 9 or 10 proposed renderings you can find in various articles about this subject matter..You can say a lot about the picture below..The new stadium looks similar to the shapes of the current NFL stadiums in Dallas or Las Vegas..The columns of the old Soldier Field stadium would still be standing..The current Soldier Field stadium seating bowl would be torn down, and multiple recreational fields would take place of that..You saw a similar situation with the new Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY..Recreation fields are in the place of the old Yankee Stadium..The recreational field or practice fields would benefit the Bears and the residents of the Chicago, IL area.. 🌳 💺 🆚 🏈 ⚾ 🧢 🏟 🚜 🌆 🏙 #sportbusiness #facilitymanagement #eventmanagement #urbanplanning #landscapearchitecture #architecture

Finally, from my perspective to build this kind of building we need a solid  foundation. I learned in my research mostly all over New York City was  based on the rock zone area. It gives a strong foundation to build such a  skyscraper firstly we have a very solid foundation. All things considered, the Brooklyn Tower becomes a representation of  modernity, a place where sustainability, efficiency, and creative design come  together. The project's effective integration of prefabrication and modular  construction techniques not only accelerate construction timelines and cost-effectiveness but also establish the project as a model for future urban developments, highlighting the transformative power of innovative  construction techniques. The Brooklyn Tower, a prominent landmark in the  sky is more than just a structure, but is also evidence of the boundless  opportunities that arise when architectural brilliance and inventiveness  converge in the dynamic field of urban building.
