I finally had a chance to watch the ScalePad Innovate live stream I missed. I have to say, Scalepad continues to impress me with maintaining a core focus filling gaps missing in the IT channel or not deliverable by Microsoft. Here is a quick summary and a link to the recording for those that missed. Keynote Address: Chris Day, Founder & Chief Product Officer at ScalePad, shared the company’s vision for the future of the ScalePad Platform. He discussed how it will impact the Managed Service Providers (MSP) space and offered insights into the strategy for the platform’s development. Internal IT departments can be impacted as well for those performing co-managed services. Product Innovations: The product team highlighted the latest features available, including an in-depth look at Lifecycle Manager’s evolution as a Client Engagement Platform. They also discussed advancements in AI and Machine Learning to manage data at scale, emphasizing that these features are not just future plans but are ready to be used immediately or in the near future.
