It's Leukemia & Lymphoma Awareness Month. Blood cancers are frequently aggressive, and they may require more urgent treatment. Too often, patients wait a month or more while their insurance companies decide whether to approve the necessary treatments. But a monthlong delay could be the difference in remission or a shortened life expectancy. RemediChain can change that. Many of our patients in need have some form of insurance, but they urgently require a ""first dose."" In fact, RemediChain can ship out available medication as soon as the same day a physician sends a prescription. And that can save a life. Click below for more info from the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. #patientsfirst #healthcare #cancer #leukemia #lymphoma #chemo #medicationdonation #LLS https://lnkd.in/d4VkBqdN

An estimated 62,770 new cases of leukemia and 89,190 new cases of lymphoma will be diagnosed in the U.S. in 2024. Here at #StandUpToCancer we are working hard to fund breakthroughs and lower these numbers. Thanks to your donations the St. Baldrick's Foundation-SU2C Pediatric Cancer Dream Team conducted clinical trials utilizing CAR-T therapy for children and young adults with a type of blood cancer – leading to the first CAR-T therapy approved by the U.S. FDA to treat B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. And we aren't stopping here! This #LeukemiaandLymphomaAwarenessMonth, we stand up for all diagnosed with these diseases and continue our work for you. 🧡
